Our provider directory helps connect employees and employers to quality medical and dental care through the USAble MCO and True Blue PPO network. USAble MCO partners with employers and Workers’ Compensation carriers to support timely, effective care following a work-related injury while offering access to a broad network of participating providers focused on quality outcomes and cost efficiency.

Although these directories are updated frequently, USAble Corporation and its affiliates cannot guarantee that the information has not changed since it was provided to us. If you are not certain that a particular provider is a participating provider, please call the provider or facility to confirm network participation, address and whether new patients are being accepted.
